Do I pay for Shipping?
No, as of now all products @ Stuffcool have Free Shipping (unless mentioned otherwise)
In how much time do you ship the product?
We generally ship the product within 24 – 72 working hours. You get a notification with a docket number from us when your product is shipped. However, online shipment tracking is possible only after:
- 24 hours for prepaid orders (Credit Card, Netbanking etc.)
- 48 hours for Cash-on-Delivery orders
How do I know if delivery is possible at my address?
It’s quite simple. On every product page, we have a small box titled, “Check Pincode serviceability”. Please enter your Pincode here and click on “Check”. Instantly you shall know whether the product can be delivered at your address or no. You shall also be notified whether the “Cash on Delivery” payment option is available at your address or no.
In how many days is the product delivered to me?
The maximum delivery time committed by us is 7 working days from the time you place an order. It is a rare occasion that delivery takes longer than 7 working days, however, if it does, the Stuffcool Care team shall definitely keep you updated.
Shipping v/s Delivery?
Shipping time is the time taken for us to “ship” out the product from our warehouse. Delivery time is the total time taken for you to receive your ordered accessory.
How is the product delivered to me?
We generally ship via Blue Dart, who is our preferred logistics partner. In case of Blue Dart service not being available in your area, we may consider shipping via DTDC or other reputed courier service.
How do I track my shipment?
Most of our shipments are done by Blue Dart logistics. To make it convenient for you, we have integrated Blue Dart’s advanced tracking system with the “My Account” page.
Goto “My Account”, click on “My Orders”. Just press the “Track Shipment” button against the respective Order No. A window shall popup showing the exact status of your order.
What should I do if I find the shipment has been opened or tampered with?

Do you ship to international locations?
Sorry, currently we cater only to Indian locations. You may shop @ Stuffcool from anywhere in the world, but the shipping address has to be in India.
